Henry, Evelyn Haug (Bass), 88, retired Southwestern Bell secretary, passed away March 9, 2013. She was born November 10, 1924 in Baileyville, KS to Bernard and Mary Agnes (Widman) Haug. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Thomas Henry Sr.; son, John Henry; granddaughter, Marisa Alfe; great granddaughters, Tiffany & Brittany Linton. She is survived by son, Thomas Joe (Merida) Henry Jr.; daughters, Gerry (Bennie) Tull, and Judy Henry all of Wichita, sisters; Lela Brooks, Norton, KS, Rita Hammes, Denver, CO, Irene Hardin, Wichita, KS. 7 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren, and many loved nieces and nephews. Parish rosary 7:00 p.m. Monday, funeral mass at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 12, 2013 both at Christ the King Catholic Church. The family would like to thank Gracious Senior Living staff for all the kindness and care given to our mother.
