Mary Jo was born June 2, 1955 in Canton, to Joseph J. "Joe" and Betty (Lalicker) Windsor. Mary Jo and Bob Lowder were married on January 28, 2001 in Canton, IL.
He survives along with five stepchildren, Bonnie (Rick) Mullikin, Melinda (Jon) Martin, Robert Lowder III (Mandi Smith), Renee (Steve) Rodgers and Nichole Lowder; eleven grandchildren; three brothers, Jerry Tovrea, Mike Windsor and Joseph Windsor Jr; one nephew, John Harley (Kim) Tovrea; two great-nephews, Tyler and Harley; and several other special family members.
Mary Jo was employed by the US Post Office in Peoria for fifteen years where she worked at the time of her passing.
Burial will be at Summum Cemetery in Summum.
