Services will be at 2 p.m. today in the Kerrville Funeral Home. Burial will be in Garden of Memories.
Mrs. Partain was born March 27, 1882 in Ladonia and had lived in Kerrville 34 years.
Survivors include a son, Harlos Partain of Kerrville; a daughter, Mrs. Ruby Lee Ashbrook of Kerrville; a brother, Harvey E. Hulsey of Houston and two grandchildren.
