A funeral will be at 2 p. m. Friday, April 4, 2003, in Ainsworth United Church of Christ in Portland for Anna M. Carson, who died March 27 at age 99.
Anna Etling was born Nov. 21, 1903, in Latourell. A graduate of Oregon Normal School, she taught elementary school in Warrendale and briefly in Portland, where she moved in 1928. She then was a homemaker. In 1929, she married Marion M.; he died in 1989.
Survivors include her daughter, Annette M. Ewing; son, John M.; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
