She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Schaff.
She was employed by Bell Atlantic, retiring in 1983. She also was the owner and operator of Travel Funn in Hagerstown.
She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Hagerstown.
She was a member of Pioneers of America; Funkstown American Legion Post 211 Ladies Auxiliary; Women of the Moose 2435 of Funkstown; and C.W.A.-Airline Reporting Corp.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by one son, Dana Schaff of Hagerstown; one brother, Richard Ringer of Portage, Ind.; one granddaughter, Jeanette Schaff of Hagerstown; two aunts; two uncles; nieces and nephews.
Private graveside services were held at the convenience of the family at Rose Hill Cemetery in Hagerstown.
