Mrs. Ida E. Griner, 84, formerly of Minster, died Saturday at 7:30 a.m. at the St. Joseph Hospital, Tampa, Florida. She had resided in Tampa for two years.
She was born Dec 4, 1894 in Minster, a daughter of Bernard and Philomena (Post) Dirksen.
She married Sylvan Griner on June 25, 1942. He died Sept 1, 1967.
Survivors include two children, Ronald H., Tampa, and Mrs. Francis J. (Anna) Axe, Van Wert; 12 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Two sons and a daughter preceded her in death.
Mrs. Griner was a member of the St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster, and the St. Monica Ladies Sodality.
Services were held Thursday at 10 a.m. at the church with the Rev. Leonard Kistler officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery.
Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster, was in charge of the arrangements.
