Bud was born in Harrison County on Dec. 19, 1912. He was the youngest son of the late Henry and Jenny Dewalt Albright. Bud was a farmer and worked at the Scio Pottery for 42 years. On Oct. 10, 1935, he married Ruth E. Vankirk Albright, who passed away on Dec. 2, 1995. He attended Hanover Methodist Church.
Bud was loved and will be missed by his surviving family that includes four children, . . . ; 11 grandchildren, . . . ; 24 great-grandchildren; great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents and wife of 60 years, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Ray, Emerson and Howard Albright; two sisters, Lela Dowdell and Leona Royce; an infant daughter, Jenny Elizabeth, and a great-grandson, Andrew May.
Services will be held Friday at 11 a.m. in Koch Funeral Home at Scio with Rev. Karen Heyburn officiating. Burial will follow in Conotton Cemetery
