Death of B. P. Owens
Well known resident of Jordan Hill died June 10, aged 79 years

On Wednesday afternoon, June 10, at his home on Jordan Hill, occurred the death of Bradner Perry Owens, who had been gradually failing for some time and on Saturday morning suffered a slight shock which hastened the end.
The deceased was born in Cameron, Steuben county, 79 years ago. He has been a resident of the town of Clarksville for the past 20 years.
He was united in marriage to Mima J. Knapp 51 years ago. besides his wife he is survived by sons and daughter, George F., Stanley K, Frank W and Mrs. Arthur D Case of Oil, city, PA; sisters and brothers: William and J. D. Owens; Mrs. Abbie Hall of Galeton, PA, Mrs. Alice P. Newton, Mrs. Josie M. Jones.
He became a Christian at the age of 16 and has always lived an earnest Christian life and at the dime of his death was a member of the First Baptist Church of Richburg.
The funeral was held that home and interment in Richburg cemetery.
