Thomas Bayne, 41, of Austin, Texas died February 10.
He is survived by a sister, Cary Kenrick of Wickenburg and a niece, Cindy Thrasher, three other sisters out of state and his parents.
Graveside services will be held August 13 at 10:00 a.m. at the city cemetery.

AUSTIN, Texas---Services and burial were held in Wickenburg, Ariz., on Saturday, Aug, 13, 1977, for Thomas L. Bayne, Jr., 40, of Austin and formerly of Ithaca, who was found dead here on Tuesday, July 12, 1977.
Born in Ithaca, Mr. Bayne had resided in Ithaca through his early teenage years. He later attended Arlington High School in Arlington, Texas, and the University of Texas, and had been employed as a freelance photographer for the University of Texas, the Texas Department of Agriculture, and Austin city newspapers.
He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Florence H. Bayne of Middletown; his father, Thomas L. Bayne of Fairhope, Ala., a former Cornell University professor; and four sisters, Mrs. Margaret B. French of Winter Park, Fla., Mrs. William J. Ullrich of Glendora, Cal., Mrs. Joseph H. Kenrick of Wickenburg, Ariz., and Mrs. Jimmie B. Castagnola of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.

Bucklin Rules Suicide in Austinite's Death
County Medical Examiner Dr. Robert Bucklin Tuesday ruled the death of Austin photographer Tom Bayne a suicide.
Bayne, 41, of 705 W. 8th St., disappeared last spring. His skeletal remains were found on University of Texas property in West Austin July 12. A gun was found near the body.
