ELROY SCHAEFER
Elroy Schaefer, 59, of Rt. 4, Chilton, died Thursday morning at Manitowoc County Hospital.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at St. Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church, Collins. The Rev. Kenneth Edenhauser will officiate and burial will be in the church cemetery.
Mr. Schaefer was born Feb. 3, 1912, in the Town of Rockland, son of John and Louise Schneider Schaefer. He married Dorothy Klann June 20, 1934, at Reedsville.
Survivors include his wife, his parents of Reedsville, a son, Jerome of Rt. 4, Chilton, two daughters, Mrs. Stanley (Nathalyn) Berg of Rt. 4, Chyilton, and Mrs. Dennis (Diane) Rabe of Collins, two sisters, Mrs. Harold Haese of Rt. 2, Reedsville, and Mrs. Arthur Krueger of Brillion and nine grandchildren. A sister preceded him in death in infancy.
Friends may call at Reedsville Funeral Home after 4 p.m. Saturday until 9:30 a.m. Sunday and then at the church until the time of service.
