CLARMONT SCHNEIDER

Clarmont (Butch) Schneider, 41, of R. 4, Chilton, died at his home Thursday morning.

A native of Manitowoc County, he was born April 7, 1924 in the Town of Rockland, a son of Henry and Lilly Behnke Schneider. He attended Collins Public School in Manitowoc County.

He also was a charter member and treasurer of the Rockea Hunting Club and lifetime member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Collins.

Surviving in addition to his parents are two brothers, Harvey of Waldo and Ellwood of Valders, and two sisters, Mrs. Elwood (Lucille) Wanzel, R. 4, Chilton and Mrs. Gaylord (Lois) Lambres of Manitowoc. A sister and brother preceded him in death.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Collins, with the Rev. Robert Wendland, pastor, officiating.
Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Friends may call at the Christianson Funeral Home, Valders, from 3 p.m. Saturday until 11 a.m. Sunday and then at the church from noon until time of services.
