He was born in Lewiston,Maine on Oct.28,1933 the son of Joseph and Liliane (Meservier)Bolduc.He was an Army veteran of the Korean Conflict and also served in the 103rd Infantry of the Maine Army National Guard.He married the former Corrine Caldwell May 1,1954.
Mr Bolduc was employed for R.C.Hazelton in Cumberland for 15 years as a heavy equipment operator retiring in 1987.He enjoyed his work and volunteered his time to anyone that needed help.
He was a life member of the VFW Post 1603 of Auburn,Maine,and also a life member of the AMVET Post in Durham,Maine where he served as its former chaplain. He also enjoyed camping at Hemlock's Campground in West Poland for many years with his family.
Survivors include his wife of Roanoke,Va.;two daughters, Diana Slate of Roanoke,Va, and Christana Morgan of Ft. Campbell,Ky. three sons,Alfred E.of Roanoke,Va., Robert C. and Randy D.; both of Lewiston,four sisters, Mrs Leo (Simonne)Bourbeau of Flordia,Priscilla Aube of Brooks,Beatrice Lussier of Lewiston,Mrs Arthur (Janette)DiDonna of Lisbon Falls;two brothers Fernald of Auburn and Joseph of East Galoway ,N.Y.;15 grandchildren;five great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
He was predecased by two brothers Lionel and Maurice.
