On September 26, 1964 she married Willy Wickman at St. Innocents Catholic Church in Manitowoc. The couple moved to the Abrams area in 1968 where Mary Lou was a member of St. Louis Catholic Church and was active in the Friends of Abrams. She was also a strong supporter of the Abrams-Oconto Falls Youth Wrestling programs. Mary Lou had also been employed at Coleman Products for over 15 years.
Survivors are her two sons, Bill (Betsy) Wickman, Wausaukee; Bob (Susan) Wickman, Spring Green; six grandchildren, Brooke, Sara and Grace; Kaylee, Ryan and Ethan; two sisters, Bonnie (Robert) Zarn, FL; Ann Rhode, Manitowoc; one brother, Dave (Donna) Rhode, NC; one niece, Alex Rhode, Boston, MA.She was preceded in death by her parents.
Entombment will take place at Knollwood Memorial Park in Manitowoc
