She was born June 16, 1915 in Chicago, the daughter of Joseph and Roseanne (Tageleri) Ferrella, both of whom preceded her in death.
On Feb. 26, 1949 in Chicago, she married Walter C. Alberti Jr., who survives in Porter.
She is survived by a son, Julius N. (Susan) Schulz of Vancouver, Wash.; a daughter, Rosemarie (Eugene) Bodnar of Porter; grandchildren, Amy (Robert) Vrahoretis of White Lake, Mich., Mark Bodnar of Porter, Matt (Aimee) Bodnar of Colorado Springs, Colo., Laura (Michael) Bruccoleri of Westbury, N.Y., Janet Morrison of Battleground, Wash and Kim Gustafson of Portland, Ore., Therese Dunigan of Valparaiso, Angela Schulz of Portage and Walter Schulz of Columbus, Ohio and eight great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Sharon Alberti.
Angela was a home maker. She attended St. Patrick Catholic Church. She enjoyed playing bridge.
Funeral services, Fr. Lawrence Heeg officiating, will be at 11 a.m. Monday, March 26 at Edmonds & Evans Funeral Home.
Interment will be at Chesterton Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4-6 p.m. Sunday and Monday from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. at Edmonds & Evans Funeral Home, 517 Broadway, Chesterton.
