TOMMY MICHAEL ALLEN

Tommy Michael Allen, 51, of Blacksville, died Friday, December 20, 2013 in the Golden Living Center in Morgantown.

He was born June 8, 1962 in Morgantown, a son of the late Simon P. Allen and Helen Virginia Bates Hixenbaugh Allen.

Michael was born with Downs Syndrome.

Surviving are five brothers and their spouses, Richard Allen of Blacksville, Earl Hixenbaugh of Core, Gregory and Dotty Hixenbaugh of Core, Shirrel and Sharon Hixenbaugh of Kirby, PA, and Allen and Beth Hixenbaugh of Pentress; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister-in-law, Doris Hixenbaugh.

A graveside service will be held at 10:30 AM Monday at the Daybrook Cemetery.

The Owen-Neely Funeral Home in Blacksville is in charge of arrangements.
