*Obituary: Lou R. Conger: Funeral services for Lou R. Conger, 70, general traffic manager of the Milcor Steel Corp. until his retirement in 1939, will be held at 2:30 p.m., Wednesday at the Ritter chapel, 5310 W. North av., with burial in Wisconsin Memorial Park. Mr. Conger died Sunday following a heart attack. His home was at 2620 N. 50th st. Born in Grand Haven, Mich., Mr. Conger was employed by the Milwaukee road in Janesville, Wis., as a young man and later transferred to the Western Weighing & Inspection bureau in La Crosse, Wis., before coming to Milwaukee in 1908. He was at the Milcor Corp. for 25 years. He was a member of the Milwaukee Traffic club and the Association of Commerce. Surviving him are his wife, Sue; a daughter, Mrs. Louise Holmes, and three sons, David B. and Robert R., both of Milwaukee, and Francis L., Janesville, Wis.
