Hazel Kitchen Johnson , 81, of Dry Ridge, died Saturday at Highlands of Fort Thomas nursing home.
She was a beautician, a secretary with Tri-Village Water and a member of Owenton First Baptist Church. Her husband, Lloyd S. Johnson, died in 1995.
Survivors include a son, Doug Johnson of Warsaw; a daughter, Sue Carol Pennington of Dry Ridge ; seven grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at McDonald Funeral Home, Main Street, Owenton. Visitation will be from 4 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Owenton Cemetery.
Memorials are suggested to Alzheimer's Disease Association, 644 Linn St., Cincinnati, Ohio 45203 or to the charity of the donor's choice.
