Emily S. Wright, 67, of Indianapolis, passed away at 8:57 p.m. Friday, Dec. 6, 2002, at her residence. Born Aug. 3, 1935, in Linton, she was the daughter of Howard and Lucille (Johnson) Lynn. She was a phlebotomist/RN at Indiana Internal Medicines Consultants before retiring in 1990. She was a member of St. Luke's United Methodist Church in Indianapolis, Order of Eastern Star Chapter 140 Linton with a 50-year membership and Past Mothers Advistory of Rainbow Girls. Survivors include her husband, Harold W. Wright of Indianapolis; five sons, Marc W. Wright of Linton, Brad W. Wright of Noblesville, Paul E. Wright of Greenwood, Steve L. Wright of Carmel and Jeff A. Wright of Greenwood; one sister, Melinda Zenor of Bainbridge; 10 grandchildren; and one uncle, Sherril Johnson. She was preceded in death by one brother, Charles Lynn, and her parents. Funeral services will be at Anderson-Poindexter Memory Chapel at 11 a.m. on Tuesday with the Rev. Kent Millard officiating. Burial will be at Fairview Cemetery in Linton.
