James G. Saxon was the son of William Edward Saxon and Elizabeth Mehall Saxon. The family were long-time proprietors of a restaurant, Saxon's Grillurant on W. Main Street and Kensington Ave. in Uniontown. Jim passed suddenly on Saturday, June 6, 1970, at Lutheran Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio. Jim was a lifetime resident of Uniontown. At the time of his death, Jim was survived by his mother who died in 1972 and his brother, William, Jr.
