Mrs. Edna Griffiths
CALDWELL—Mrs. Edna D. Griffiths, 73, of 2110 South Tenth Avenue, a longtime Idaho resident, died Friday morning in a Caldwell nursing home after an extended illness.
Mrs. Griffiths was born May 1, 1889, in Minneapolis, Minn., and resided in Boise for many years. She was married April 18, 1937, to John H. Griffiths and they made their home in Nampa and Caldwell until his death in 1949 in Caldwell.
he was a member of Faith Lutheran Church and of Unity Rebekah Lodge of Boise.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Edythe Brueck of Caldwell; two grandsons, Robert L. Brueck of Richardson, Texas, and Harley A. Brueck of Concord, Calif., and seven great-grandchildren, four nephews and six nieces.
Services will be conducted at Faith Lutheran Church, 2915 South Montana Avenue; at 10:30 a.m. Monday. Rev. C. M. Gunnerson will officiate. Interment will be at Canyon Hill under direction of the Flahiff Chapel.
