He was a native of Hardy County, son of the late Adam Seymour and Virginia (Van Meter) Fisher.
He was a member of the Methodist Church, Baker Chapel, at Durgon, W. Va., a member of AF and AM 145, Petersburg, a thirty-second degree Mason, a member of Scottish Rite, Valley of the Orient, and a member of the Osiris Temple, Wheeling.
He is survived by his widow, Helen Hayes Fisher; two daughters, Mrs. Robert (Helen) Whitman, Keyser; and Miss Jane Fisher, at home; two sisters, Miss Margaret Fisher, Moorefield and Mrs. William Ketterman, Moorefield; and two brothers, George E. Fisher, Moorefield, and Adam S. Fisher, Independence, Mo.
Friends will be received at the Shaeffer Funeral Home, here, after 10 a. m. tomorrow.
