Mrs. John Wagner

Following a complication of diseases, superinduced by a paralytic stroke, Mrs. Winona Eliza Wagner, aged 80 years, wife of John Wagner, passed away at her home in Five Points, Washington township, Monday morning at 2:30 o'clock. The deceased's maiden name was Morrison and she had resided almost her entire life in the vicinity where her death occurred. She had been a life-long member of the Methodist Episcopal Church of Willet and was held in the highest affection and esteem by a wide circle of friends and associates.
The deceased leaves her husband; a half-brother, John Morrison of Ulysses, Potter county; three sons, Frank R. Wagner of Washington township; David E. Wagner of Washington township; John C. Wagner of Smicksburg and two daughters, Mrs. Minnie D. Carnahan of near Advance and Mrs. Nellie Downey of Five Points.
Funeral services will be conducted at her late residence Thursday afternoon at 1 o'clock by the Rev. Mr. Held of Sagamore. Interment will be in St. John's Lutheran Cemetery, near Sagamore.
