Thomas F. Pfisterer, 88, 623 North Alton Avenue, died yesterday in his home. Born at Henryville, he had lived in Indianapolis 70 years. He had been a tool and die maker for Presto-lite Division of Union Carbide for 43 years, retiring in 1954.

Mr. Pfisterer was a member of Indianapolis Masonic Lodge 57 years and was a member of the Odd Fellows Lodge and Fairfax Christian Church. Services will be held at 10 a.m., Monday in the church, with burial in Floral Park Cemetery. Friends may call from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m., Sunday in Conkle Speedway Funeral Home.

Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Esther B. Pfisterer; daughter, Mrs. Keith (Lillian) Edens, and son, Glenn T. Pfisterer, both of Indianapolis.
