Mrs. Mary Bloom, widow of the late John I. Bloom died at the old homestead near Bloomington, December 14, age 87 years. Her maiden name was Faunce and she was married when a young woman. She spent all her married life in the same neighborhood. She was generous, kind and true to all boligations, a loving wife and mother. She is survived by several sons and daughters. The funeral took place Thursday. Interment Bloomington Cemetery beside the grave of her husband.
