According to the Baylor Bulletin, Ex-Student's Directory, 1920, Leila McKinney earned her A.B. from Baylor University in 1913, where she was a member of the R.C.B. and secretary of the chemistry club. She earned her first A.B. from Baylor College. She also, lived in Fort Worth for a time.
They were the parents of two sons:
Baylus Benjamin McKinney, Jr. & Eugene Calvin McKinney.
