JACK HENDRICK - Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11:00 am in the Myrtle Point Chapel for Jack Robert Hendrick, 50, Myrtle Point, who died Monday in Ketchikan, Alaska. Interment will follow in the Norway Cemetery. Rev. Charles Hasel of the Bridge Community Church will officiate.
Hendrick spent his lifetime in the Myrtle Point area until the last three years when he went Alaska to work as a yarder engineer. He was a member of the Ketchikan Moose Lodge. He is survived by two brothers, Rex Hendricks of Garberville, Calif. and Jeff Hendrick of Ketchikan; three sisters, Lelia Cribbins, Freda King and Veda Taylor, all of Myrtle Point; one daughter, Freda Lou Gillette, Roseburg; and one granddaughter.
