Mrs. Walter C. Boerger, 37, of Ada, died suddenly early Sunday evening on her return home from a weekend visit with relatives in Oconto County.
She collapsed of a heart ailment after arriving home with her husband and three children from Pensaukee. Wis.
The former Eva Breed, she was born Nov. 1, 1921, at Pensaukee, a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Henry Breed, and attended schools there.
Prior to her marriage to Walter Boerger of Ada on Oct. 1, 1946, she was employed in Sheboygan.
Since that time, she and her husband lived at Ada where Mr. Boerger was a co-owner of the Kuhn & Boerger Modern Meat Market.
Mrs. Boerger was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ at Schwartzwald.
Survivors are the husband; one daughter, Linda. 8; two sons, Philip, 12, and Jackie, 11; one sister, Mrs. Richard Belongia, Oconto, and three brothers, Henry and Jacob of Pensaukee and John of Garden, Mich. Another sister preceded her in death.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at St. John's United Church of Christ, Schwartzwald, with the Rev. E. L. Hennig, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
The body will lie in state at the Meiselwitz Funeral Home at Kiel from 2 p.m. Tuesday until 11 a.m. Wednesday, and at the church from Wednesday noon until the hour of services.
