Brian Todd Campbell, age 43, passed away on January 13, 2014, at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
Brian was born on December 28, 1970, in Cabarrus County to Ronnie Lavon Campbell and Suzanne Bostian Rainwater.
He served in the United States Marines from 1989 to 1993, and worked as a production planner for Ingersoll Rand in Davidson, North Carolina.
Brian was a loving husband and father, always being involved with his children. He was always laughing and joking, enjoying the fact that he was making people smile.
Survivors include his wife, LuAnn Campbell of the home, a son, Damian Chance Campbell, a daughter, Alyssa Brianne Campbell (Daddy's Little Princess), father and step-mother, Ronnie and Alice Campbell of Gainesville, Georgia, mother and step-father, Suzanne and Bennie Rainwater of Landis, a brother, Marc L. Campbell (Angie) of Cornelia, Georgia, a sister, Marla Thompson (Ronnie), and a niece, Jamie Thompson, all of China Grove.
The funeral service was held on January 16, 2014 at Whitley's Funeral Home chapel, with Pastor James Pauley and Rev. Shane Utley officiating.
