Mr. Anderson was a retired steampitter and a member of Waynesboro Church of Christ. He was a Past President of the Lions Club, a member of the Wayne County Historical Society, and member of the Wayne County Senior Citizens Committee, and the Senior Advisory Board.
Mr. Anderson served in the United States Navy during WW II.
