Lake City, MN - Harry (Linton) Haase, 81 Lake City, died Wednesday night (November 24, 1982) in the Lake City Hospital.
He was born on July 17, 1901, in Wabasha County, to Henry A. and Sarah (Lindquist) Haase.
He married Anna Peterson on February 12, 1921. She passed away on Dec. 17, 1923.
He married Rosanna Riester on August 25, 1926, in Wabasha.
Mr. Haase worked at Freddies's Sportsmen's Hall of Fame, Lake City, and sold cars for many years.
He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Chuch in Lake City, Knights of Columbus, and the Lake City Sportsmans Club.
He was also a Lake City Volunteer Fireman in the 1920's.
Survivors include his wife; one son Robert (Gert) Lake City; five daughters , Mrs. Wally (Irene) Greden, Winona, MN, Mrs. Charles (Millicent) Cabaday, Miami, Florida, Mrs Bette Clare Lake City, Mrs Robert (Carole) Young, Phoenix, AZ, Mrs. Michael (Kris) Holmquist, Burnsville, MN; 18 grandchildren 5 great grand children; one brother Ray, Lake City, MN, and five sisters, Mrs. Al (Mayme) King, Mrs. Everett (Eleanor) Whempner and Mrs. Archie (Harriet) Erickson, all of Lake City, Mrs. Ray (Mildred Trautner, Red Wing, and Mrs. Al (Edith) Irvine, Minneapolis.
He was proceeded in death by one sister, one brother, and a grandchild.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday in St. Mary's Catholic Church, Lake City, the Rev. Richard Engles officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Lake City.
Friends may call from 9 a.m. today until services at the Anderson Funeral Home, Lake City.
