Williamsport - ONIETA "Skeets" CROSSWHITE, 93, of 16505 Virginia Ave., died Saturday, May 31, 2008, at Homewood at Williamsport. Born May 8, 1915, in Lexa, Ark., she was the daughter of the late John M. and Pearl E. Frazier Crosswhite.

She was employed by the federal government for 30 years. She was a veteran of World War II, serving in the Women's Army Corps. She was a member of First Christian Church. She was a member of Morris Frock American Legion Post 42, AARP and Washington County Hospital Auxiliary.

She is survived by one sister, Hazel Lantz of Hagerstown; and nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by two sisters, Ruth Hunt and Muriel Frazier; and one brother, Frank M. Crosswhite.

Memorial service was held at the Minnich Funeral Home.
