On February 6th, 1850, Mary Anne died at the home of her son-in-law, Daniel James HARTSOOK. "In a grassy field under a large cedar tree, just a few yards below where the mansion once stood, is a large family burial ground of the Cabell family. It is enclosed with a heavy iron fence."
