Mary Anne married Benjamin Mosby CARRINGTON, the son of Joseph Povall & Theodosia (Mosby) CARRINGTON. This was his second marriage.

"In a grassy field under a large cedar tree, just a few yards below where the mansion once stood, is a large family burial ground of the Cabell family. It is enclosed with a heavy iron fence."
