Mrs. Minnie Osesek, 85, of 1228 S. 21st St., Manitowoc, died at 5 a.m. Wednesday at home after a lingering illness.

Funeral services will be at 8:30 a.m. Saturday at Pfeffer Funeral Home and at 9 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Rt. Rev. Msgr. John S. Landowski will officiate and burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery.

The former Minnie Nowak was born March 12, 1880, in Poland, daughter of the late Joseph and Anna Voida Nowak. She came to Manitowoc as a child with her parents where Nov. 2, 1902, she was married at St. Mary Church to Felix Osesek. He died April 1, 1941. Mrs. Osesek was a member of St. Mary Rosary Society.

She is survived by four sons, Alois, Joseph and Henry, of Manitowoc and Chester, of Denver, Colo., two daughters, Mrs. Victor Powalisz and Mrs. Emil Henricks, of Manitowoc, a brother, Anton, of Manitowoc, 11 grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. A daughter, Valeria, died May 2, 1956.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. by members of St. Mary Rosary Society and at 7:30 p.m. by members of St. Mary Parish and friends.
