CORA LEE PEKULIK

Mrs. Ralph (Cora Lee) Pekulik of 2809 Wollmer St., Manitowoc, died Tuesday evening, Dec. 7, at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc.
Cremation will take place and a memorial service will be 1:30 p.m. Friday at Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc. The Rev. Richard Klingeisen will officiate and interment of cremains will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Pekulik, the former Cora Lee Hicks, was born in Warren, Ill., daughter of Robert Hicks and the late Edna Cashman Hicks. She was married to Ralph Pekulik July 11, 1970, at Manitowoc. She attended Silver Lake College and was a member of Silver Lake College Alumni Association. Mrs. Pekulik was very active in animal welfare and was a member of Manitowoc County Humane Society and other local, state and federal animal welfare organizations.
Survivors include her husband, Ralph, her father and stepmother, Robert and Catherine Hicks of Milwaukee, a brother, Robert Hicks Jr. of Chicago; two stepbrothers, Peter and Francis Hicks and a stepsister, Mary Hicks, all of Milwaukee.
Friends may call at Pfeffer Funeral Home from 11 a.m. Friday until the time of service.
