1972.  The death occurred in North Cumberland Memorial Hospital Pugwash on May 22nd of Katherine Jane BONNYMAN, 83, of Wallace, formerly of Bay Head, Colchester.  Born at Bay Head she was the daughter of Charles and Margaret (MacEACHERN) BONNYMAN.  She was for many years a music teacher in the local community and was organist and choir director of the Bay Head United Church.  In 1970 she was made a Life Member of the Mary Clark Unit of the United Church Women where she had been an active and devoted member for many years.  She is survived by two brothers, Alex Laughlan of Malagash and Aubrey James with whom she resided in Wallace.  The funeral was held from the Bay Head church on Wednesday with Donald BLAKIE and Rev. Gordon MATHESON officiating.  The pallbearers were George MacEACHERN; Billy FERGUSON; Rod MacDONALD; Clifford BONNYMAN; Walter GRANT and Ira DRYSDALE.  The hymn Abide With Me was sung by the choir and Ira DRYSDALE sang How Great Thou Art.  Burial was in the Bay Head Cemetery.
