Roy Lockridge, 86, Clarkston retiree
Roy W. Lockridge, 86, formerly of Craigmont and most recently a Clarkston resident, died Sunday morning at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center at Lewiston of causes related to age. He had been a patient there 14 days.

Lockridge was born May 28, 1901, at Spring Hill, Iowa, to Billie Joe and Elmina Jane Carey Lockridge. He came to Vollmer, Idaho, now Craigmont, with his parents and went to school here.

He and Audrey Brogger were married in October 1928 at Spokane. They lived at Craigmont until 1955, where he worked for Idaho Seed Co. as a warehouseman.

The couple divorced and Lockridge moved to Clarkston, where he lived until his death.

He was a member of the Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include two sons, Bill Lockridge of Spokane and Kay Lockridge of Pasco; a daughter Karen England of Clarkston; a brother, Bruce Lockridge of Culdesac; 12 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Independent Order of Oddfellows Cemetery at Craigmont. Funeral Arrangements are being handled by Uhlorn Funeral Home of Craigmont.
