Rod Barnett, 52, passed away Friday, June 8 in Las Vegas, Nevada. He was born in Morland, Kansas and moved to Broomfield in 1970, graduated from Broomfield High School in 1977. Rod's career was working at Car Quest and other car parts stores. He is survived by his parents, Rex and Jean Barnett, sisters Debbie Epley and Joyce Alberts, daughters Kristi Coffee, Samantha Maughan, step daughters Nicole Rensink and Amanda Walker, seven grandchildren and many cousins, nieces and nephews. Memorial will be 2 p.m., Thursday, June 21 at Broomfield Assembly of God church, 11900 Reed Street. Interment later at Lakeview Cemetery in Broomfield.
