He was a bachelor and had spent his entire life in the immediate neighborhood in which he died. Mr. Barbour was a quiet, industrious citizen who had no enemies, but many friends.

Peden of Fallen Timber, Mr. Clarence Barbour of this place is a half brother. Mrs. Will Payne and Miss Nettie Barbour of this place are half sisters. Mr. Barbour was a squiet, industrious citizen who had no enemies but many friends. The remains were interred in the Barbour burying ground after funeral services by Rev. J. L. Piercey of this place.
