Mrs. Bartell died suddenly Mon. evening, about 11 pm, in Two Rivers. She was the daughter of the widow Mrs. C. Fleischer. She succumbed to a heart attack which took her so quickly that the doctor who was called could merely confirm the death. Her burial will take place this afternoon at 2 pm.

Christiana first married Anton Klaus 28 Oct 1873 in Green Bay, WI. They were divorced in 1879. One child, Alois, born to this union. She married 2nd, Nicholaus Bartell[e], 27 Dec 1882, in Two Rivers, WI. Upon her death 4 years later her only child, Alois, went to live with his uncle, G.W. Kessman.
