Lillye Mae died giving birth to her first child.
I can't find a record of her being buried in New Salem Cemetery, however I know she is there somewhere because I saw her grave and head stone there when my great grand mother, Lizzie Cheshier died and was also buried there in 1959. She and the baby were together in one coffin, my grand mother, Lillian Cheshier Wilson told me. It was a very sad time for her brother, Sam, losing his young wife and his first born son.
