Mrs. William Bentley
Mrs. William U. Bentley died Thursday at the Haven Manor Nursing Home, Cobleskill.
She was a native of Berlin and had operated a farm in that area for many years. She was the former Nellie E. Barber. She had resided for the last two years with a daughter, Mrs. Blanche Wilcox, Richmondville.
Surviving are another daughter, Miss Lyda Bentley of Troy; a son, Whitford Bentley of Berlin, and one grandson.
The funeral will be Monday at 2 pm from the Charles F. White Funeral Home, Berlin, where Rev. Paul Maxson, pastor of the Seventh Day Baptist Church of Berlin will officiate. Interment will be in Seventh Day Baptist Cemetery.

Nellie AdelIa Barber Bentley, daughter of Thomas and Della Barber, was born Dec. 28, 1881, and died at Cobleskill, N. Y., March 26, 1964.

She was married on April 2, 1899, to William Bentley. Baptized May 6, 1905, she joined the Seventh Day Baptist Church in Berlin, while the Rev. Eugene Sockwell was pastor.

She is survived by their three children, Mrs. Blanche Wilcox of Richmondville, Miss Lyda Bentley of Troy, and Whitford Bentley of Berlin, N. Y.; and one grandson.

Funeral services were conducted by her pastor, the Rev. Paul L. Maxson. Interment was in the Seventh Day Baptist Cemetery in Berlin.
