Hoyt Edward Cochran, Sr., 80, died on January 4, 2014 at Noland Hospital in Anniston, Alabama. He was a veteran of the US Army and served during the Korean War era. He was preceded in death by his son, Hoyt "Eddie" Cochran, Jr. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, three daughters, two sons, three sisters, sixteen grandchildren, thirty great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and two daughters-in-law.
