Mrs. Bernice H. McGinnis, 74, of 512 Sixth St., Waunakee, and formerly of La Crosse, died Monday, Oct. 18, in St. Mary's Hospital in Madison. She was born Sept. 29, 1908, in Cashton to Peter and Anna (Schilling) Graw. She married Royal E. McGinnis on May 23, 1953. They lived in La Crosse and West Salem. Mrs. McGinnis was employed at the Electric Auto-Lite in La Crosse for 20 years. She was a member of St. John's Catholic Church in Waunakee.

Survivors are a daughter, Mrs. Andrew (Carol) Vimig of Waunakee; three brothers, Edward and Eugene Graw, both of La Crosse, and Bernard of Clinton, Iowa; and two grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, in 1965, and by two half-sisters.

Services will be Thursday at 10.30 a.m. in the Schumacher-Kish Funeral Home and at 11 a.m. in Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, both in La Crosse. The Rev. Anthony Wagener will officiate, and burial will be in the Catholic Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m., with a rosary to be recited at 7:15 pm.
