Properly spelled on his birth certificate as "Osvald Frantz Jensen".
The 'Americanized' spelling is Oswald Franz Jensen.
His family called him 'Ossie'.

He was married three times.
Firstly, to Synnove "Sunny" Homberg of Sweden, alleged to be of Scandinavian nobility.
They had four children: Karl, Eva, Christine, and Erik.
