PATRICIA PAULINE ABDON, 56, of Load went to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 1, 2014 at her residence.
She was born on March 4, 1957 in Load, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Joe and Gladys Collier Skeens.
She was a member of the Home Spun Homemakers, the Greenup County Master Gardner's Origination, the Load Ladies Auxiliary Club and the Three Mile Christian Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death, along with her parents, by her husband Danny Leon Abdon in 2012.
She is survived by two daughters, Katrina Craig and her husband Dan of Harrodsburg and Heather McDowell and her husband Jacob of South Shore; a son, Danny Abdon Jr. of South Shore; three grandchildren, Kelly Ann Craig of Lexington, Levi McDowell of South Shore and Leslie Nicole Craig of Harrodsburg; a sister Faitha Bryan and her husband Jesse; a brother Donald Skeens and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 4, 2014 at Wright's Funeral Home in Greenup by Brother Donnie Smith.
Burial will follow in the Bentley Cemetery in Load, Kentucky.
Visitation will be after 6:00 p.m. Monday, February 3, 2014 at the funeral home.
