Alice Faye Gallier, 62, of Lynchburg, passed away Friday, January 31, 2014. Born in Lynchburg on July 8, 1951, she was the daughter of the late Harry Lee Gallier Sr. and Rosa Alice Viar Gallier. Faye dedicated her life to caring for her parents until their death. She was a member of Thomas Road Baptist Church. She is survived by two brothers, Harry Lee Gallier Jr. and his wife, Faye, and Lawrence Edward Gallier and his wife, Betty, all of Forest; five nieces and two nephews. A graveside service will be conducted 1 p.m. Tuesday, February 4, 2014, at Fort Hill Memorial Park with Pastor John Thompson officiating. The family will receive friends from 7 untiil 8:30 p.m. Monday, February 3, 2014, at Whitten Timberlake Chapel and at other times at the home of her brother, Lawrence.
