Dorothy Adeline Abrams, 75, died Thursday of pneumonia at Menifee Valley Medical Center in Sun City. Burial will be in San Jacinto Valley Cemetery. Miller-Jones Mortuary in Hemet is handling cremation arrangements.
Mrs. Abrams, who was born in Ontario, Canada, lived in Hemet for 34 years. She was a nurse at Hillhaven Convalescent Hospital in Hemet for 20 years.
She is survived by five sons, Bob, Gary and Glen, all of Hemet, and Duane and Jerry, both of Texas; four daughters, Karen Simler of Hemet, Sandy Uhrig of Perris, Debi Trott of Anaheim and Karen Johnson of Fond Du Lac, Wis.; 21 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
