Denny Lee, the son of Rudolph and Grace (Garrison) Schueman, was born at Avoca, Iowa on September 17, 1938. He was one of ten children in the family and attended school in Avoca.

Denny became associated with the trucking business as a very young man along with his father and brothers. He eventually started the Denny Schueman Trucking in Avoca and later changed the name to Double "S" Truck Line which he operated out of Omaha, Nebraska.

He was united in marriage to Valdine Andersen on September 20, 1958 at Harlan, Iowa. They made their home in Avoca and were the parents of four children: Steven, David, Denise and Dean.

Denny was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church in Avoca and was also a member of the Nebraska Motor Carriers Association.

He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers: Frank, Walter and John.

He leaves his loving wife Valdine and sons and one daughter.
