Mrs. Alice Clara Lyle, age 92, of Rex, passed away, February 3, 2014. She was a long time member of The Rock Baptist Church. She was born in Stockbridge, GA to the late Tom and Annie Pearl King.
She is survived by her husband, Jesse E. Lyle; son, Thomas E. Lyle and his wife Joyce, daughter, Mary Alice Allen and late husband Ed, son, William T. Lyle and wife Darien, son, Joe Ben Lyle and wife Connie, daughter, Betty Jean Cook and late husband Mike; several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; sister-in-law, Ava Shockley; brother-in-law, Zack Lyle; many nieces and nephews. We will all miss her very much.
Funeral services will be held at 2 PM, Wednesday, February 5, 2014, in the chapel of Ford-Stewart Funeral Home. Interment will be at The Rock Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, February 4, 2014, from 6-8 PM at the funeral home.
