Susan Laura Bell, 82, was the daughter of Henry Evander and Laura E. (Clark) Stoughton. She married Albert Decatur Bell in Bellows Falls, VT on March 17, 1869. She was the granddaughter of Thomas Stoughton, and brother of Lt. Gov. William Stoughton, the first chief justice of Massachusetts.
